Sautéed veggies in bacon fat-onion-garlic celery-carrot. Added Cubed Brisket Point,1 link Opas Home Style Sausage Chopped let that get some crispy edges- added a quarter pound of Chipotle Pork Jelly,1 Box chicken stock,1 beef cube, 1 tablespoon Fiesta Chili Powder, 1 teaspoon tumeric lastly 1/2 cup Italian elbows for thickness. Simmer a long time. Think that’s everything

Hmmm, I have a smoked point in the freezer that was waitin for burnt ends. Might have to be for another use now.
 
How could any “stewp” be bad if it has brisket point in it?!?
