First longer cook on the Smokehouse. Smoked an 11 pound brisket over oak with a couple small cherry splits. Held temps well and ran clean. This smoker is incredibly easy to run. I'm still learning the pit but everything has come out really good.

This was a Costco prime but I was a little disappointed in it's lack of marbling.

That brisket looks great! Even though you didn't like the marbling, how was the overall quality of the finished product?

It was still really good. I seasoned it with Salt Lick rub which is just salt black pepper and red pepper.

Looks fantastic. That simple little sandwich is on time! That rub really gave a heck of a smoke ring too
