Brisket - it's what's for lunch

Cooked a choice full packer last weekend seasoned with Q-Salt on the MAK which was my 1st brisket on the MAK, used Lumber Jack Mesquite/Oak pellets, slightly over cooked, flat was not dry so no harm no foul and it was quite tasty.

Leftovers in the skillet to heat up, melted some cheddar on top and onto the toasted sour dough bread, a little BBQ sauce, washed it down a Sierra Nevada and all is right with the world.
