Yes, good food merits good money, but you have to ask yourself:
Do I want to make fair money lots of times, or just make a bunch once.
 
BigMista, I haven't had really good Q for awhile now (been too busy to cook), and I gotta tell ya, that's some fine looking food. Yep, I'd pay $10 for that.

Introduced all those Michigan and Wisconson (sic)visiting family members (and future in-law types) to some Big Mista flavor!
Andy, where were those Wisconsin folks from? They can contact me for a "Q fix" now that you got them all hooked. As good as yours? Not so sure about that. Better than they can get most places in Wisconsin? Damn skippy!

I would just remember the psychological price points.
$9.99 instead of $10.00
$19.99 instead of $20.00
and so on.
