Anyone know of any good brisket deals in the DFW area? Costco spares are $1.53lb for a case but need a good brisket deal somewhere.

I think I have seen myself buy 350 lbs of untrimmed brisket packers for .87 for the last time. The same crap in 2.67 a pound now. I lucked out and I know next year its gonna be $10 a pound sold for my charity now

In a few days there should be some good sales for the holiday. What was packer prices at COSTCO? Sam's is usually atoung $1.79/lb if I recall.

I saw a trimmed brisket at WM here in my area for 4.39 a pound. BASTARDS!!! It was actually the point and end of the flat. Would have made great burnt ends but not at that price. Scott

HEB, Kroger's, and Albertson's usually are very competitive in price for briskets. Talk to the Manager, I'd just about bet you could get $1.09/lb. in bulk.

cost for spareribs here in Alabama is 1.21per lb (thats what I am paying right now). Pork prices are holding steady. I am getting butts for .92 per lb.
