What's your guys go to competition brisket sauce? I'm looking for a good sauce to cut with juices at the end but can't find one I love. . .thanks!

Depends on your flavor profile but Head Country is nice on brisket as well.

I use Blueshog Smokey Mountain sauce, 1/2 cup sauce to 1 cup Aujus. Got a few brisket wins using it that way...….

Freeman Bros out of Wisconsin is a damn good sauce. Yes, I thin with au jus.

I don't do comps. I just tried Bues Hog, and I really like it.

But a while back I decided that I like mustard/vinegar sauce on beef.

Slaps sauce has replaced ranch in my house. I love that stuff.
