Tried some Quarters on the Egg last night. Best I have ever done. Used some Deep Pit Seasoning with Apple chunks. Dome temp of 390º Indirect. Was absolutely amazing, tender with a nice crisp skin.

Chicken looks great Pork Smoker. Why did you brown them before seasoning?
 
Great color on those quarters. Man they look good and I bet they were as tender as you say they were.
