Breakin in Drum smoker#2 and Cookshack fatties

I fired up my brothers drum to break it in for him. I loaded it with an 8lb butt and a 4lb spare as well as a ring of Texas sausage. Bone Suckin Rib Rub and then slathered with Famous Dave's Georgia Mustard. And then on the ribs I rubbed with K.C.Rub and slatherd with Famous Dave's Georgia Mustard as well. The fatties were Italian sausage with some garden grown peppers and Dizzy Pig rub. I then made one big fattie with 2 rolls of Jimmy Dean regular Slabs Rub and assorted peppers onions and some Texas Spicy Peach Sauce inside as well as on the outside! Here are some Pics!
