Hey fellas
I'm picking up a Braunfels bandera this weekend that I found on Craigslist. My Question is how can you tell if its an original model and not the char broil version? The one I'm getting has a red logo that reads New Braunfels Smoker Company, not the steel New Braunfels badge I'm used to seeing.
I came across this site in researching these smokers and I've already checked out Bandera 101, very excited to start the learning process.
Any other tips would be appreciated , thanks
