Boston Butt Marathon

I am smoking 20 boston butts. That is about 10 more than I can do in one cook on my current equipment. I have been at it since 1:00pm yesterday. I have had to finish three butts in the oven because my uds let me down. ( I think she heard me talking about decommissioning her). Two are still on the wsm. In two hours I need to start prep work for the other 10 butts.

I hope I can do things different next year.

A good night sleep is overrated anyway.

Stand them up on there ends so you can get more on the grate. That drum should hold about 5 - 6 butts on that one grate.

Keep a extinguisher handy. That is a lot of grease. Looks very tasty.
