Morning all!
I am having some guys over for the Saint's game this evening, and am planning on doing chicken fried steak. It will take forever to do them one at a time in a CI skillet, so I am looking for pointers on cooking them on the Blackstone. Can you get enough oil on that flat surface?

Sorry I have only done grilled chicken breasts on it with bacon and swiss. Turned out great though. Looking forward to a good game
 
I would personally say no. I have tried stuff like that and it turned out more just plain "flat topped". GO CHIEFS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
