is Blowin Smoke!
Thanks for the recommendation, Jim.
I think my mind is made up. I was leaning ever so slightly to the Camp Chef, which I hadn't even heard of before starting my internet research. All of the good comments and txsmkmstr's experience with BS's customer service have pushed me back to the Blackstone camp.
It seems these two are very equally matched and my thought is maybe you don't need the extra 12k btu's with the BS, but what if you want it? And it's slightly less money.
That said, I'll start my search and it will come down to one of two things: If I find one of them locally or whichever I find cheaper.
Less $$ for cooker= more $$ for meat!
I'll be sure to post here when I get one home, as well as the seasoning of it and the first cooks on it.
Thanks for all of the help folks!
Terry
