Another light snow and iced patio. Slip and falls are not cool. Forced into the kitchen. Bison stew. Veggies on hand-celery,onion,potato,garlic and 1/3 bag of frozen veggies. Browned the bison. Made a hole and added veggies. Let the onions get color. Added garlic last— right before liquid. Goya-Trader Joe’s And Montreal Steak for seasoning. Added 1/2 can of basil tomato soup and same amount chicken stock.
Simmering. Will adjust seasoning if needed later down the road

For those tracking. See how big the potato is cut? So I won’t eat them. Easy to push to wife’s bowl
 
Stew - a great plan for bad weather. My recommendation: post a chili cook tomorrow and a redtop cook the next day.
