Birthday dinner!

Hey folks.. So I've got some interesting things coming up in the BBQ world.. This was a "on the stove" cook.. didn't feel like firing up the grill but thought i'd share my birthday dinner with you guys and give you a sneak peak on my next project!



For dinner.. No reason to go out for dinner when I could cook a meal like this and feed the wife and I for way less than going out!

Now for the sneak peak.. I just got my order of all the supplies needed to make more of this! Gonna do 10-20lbs of summer sausage in the masterbuilt.. keep an eye out for this! will be interesting
