I finely had A chance to try out Bigmista"s Bitchin Beef Rub.
I started out by rubbing down this Tri-Tip with EVOO and then lots of the rub. Let it sit in the fridge all day.
I did a reverse sear with a couple chunks of pecan wood. Put the taters on half hour before I put the tri-tip on.
There was great flavor to this tri-tip. Bigmista"s Bitchin Beef Rub really complimented the meat and the whole Family enjoyed it very much. That hardly ever happens in my home. Every one has different tastes and likes. So on a scale of one to four I would give this rub a Four.
Thanks for looking
