Well the meat on the bones look like something I would naw on but I'm sorry I got that watery feeling in my mouth thinking about pulling out the marrow and spreading it on a piece of bread and actually eating it. Ain't going to happen at my house. LOL.

When I was a kid we used to roast the shank bones for soup. Dad would pull two of them out for us to snack on the marrow. I think it was better than the soup!

I haven't had it for 20 years, but now you've got me thinking about the soup bones I've got in the freezer!!!!!
