Folks, having taken the class that Johnny did with Rod, and having gotten to know Johnny a little bit...I'd be on this like white on rice just to hear whatever story might come out of Johnny's mouth!:becky:

The recipes will be great, but the most important thing that I walked away with was how I thought about cooking. If Johnny doesn't have an answer for your question he'll tell you that he doesn't know. The Gold is in his process and the way he approaches BBQ. Take your notes home, type them up, and give it some thought. You'll get every nickel back, plus some.
 
WOW that was delightful
Johnny and Trish were outstanding in their presentation
and I learned a great deal from how they processed the information
that was coming back to them
Sterling and the Big Poppas team were unbelievable hosts
All the extras we were given were the best I have experienced
