I pulled them apart right before I left for the party. They turned out great - nice bark and smoke ring. They yielded 2 full sized serving pans of pulled pork and it was a hit at the party. :-D

No heroics at all with this cook, just smoke and time. I love cooking butts. :-D

I thoroughly enjoyed our picnic......a great chance to break bread and shoot the breeze with my coworkers outside of a work situation. There were other killer dishes and sides brought in and it was a great feed, and great time. :-D
