Big Bob Gibsons or Smoking with Myron?

I Liked them both as well as Adam Perry Lang's serious BBQ.

Check your library, they might have them all as mine did.
Take em for a test drive.

I have both. If I were to choose I would pick Big Bob Gibson first.

I have Myrons, Peace Love and BBQ, Smoke Stacks and Lightning, Legands of Texas BBQ, and Ray Lampe's Big Time BBQ Road Trip, and a few others. I like them all. I just got Paul Kirks Championship BBQ, not to keen on it so far.

Off all my bbq books, BBG is the one I turn to first and the one I'd keep if I could only keep one.

I just started the BBG book, and I like it. I paged through the MM book, but ended up with the BBG book instead, since it seemed to be a little more of what I was looking for.

I also read Dr. BBQ's Big Time Barbecue Cookbook. That was an interesting read too.

I'd highly recommend Serious Barbecue by Adam Perry Lang as your next read.
