Here's what my plate looked like last night. The uncooked weight of each chop was about 16 OZs. It was simply amazing. The sauce is on the salty side, and mated with the pork very well, and was particularly good on the peppers and pineapple, which I had not seasoned at all, just marinated in a little olive oil. The smoked sweet taters also matched the pork perfectly. All in all, I was very happy with this cook. :thumb:
