Beef Ribs

Cooking a case of pork for a graduation party this weekend so figured I would throw in a rack. Guys gotta eat ya know.

I love beef ribs, i actually had a hunger for them today, couldnt find any in the normal places so i settled for stuffed clams and lamb chops.

Good beef ribs can be hard to find so I buy them when I see them and freeze 'em.
