I just got this cooker a week or so ago and I'm learning the ins and out of it.

Today we are having beef ribs and turkey breast.

Ribs got a bacon grease slather with salt and pepper

turkey Naturiffic Harvest brine over night, butter rub down garlic herb seasoning and lemon pepper
