We really like our Breeo smokeless fire pit and grill one it a lot. This is the first time I tried to smoke something on it. A weber 22 lid just fits on it keeping the heat in. I was able to keep it around 250 by a small fire of wild cherry and finding the right height of the grate. I did some beef ribs an a bunch of trimmings from spare ribs for lunch this week. It went for 4 and a half hours and came out great. The ribs had a medium smoke flavor and a nice smoke ring, very tasty. The flame side was a little dried out though. I have not tried the pork yet.
