Has anyone made the Apple City BBQ Sauce out of Mill's book? I have ate at his place twice and I want to give the recipe a go. It calls for soy sauce or worcester sauce, which one gives it the most authentic flavor compared to the bottled stuff?
I tried it a couple of months back. Used worcester. Made a big batch and everyone liked it. I usually make my own concoction. I might adjust it some and come up with my own variation. Really liked the book as well.
