Neat trick with the artery....I don't know alot about anatomy but how does it get out of the vein and into the meat? May be a dumb question
I guess I don't have that channel. I know I've watched it since switching to dish network. I thought it was discovery it was on though.

I've missed and still miss the season 1 format...but have to say I've really enjoyed this one and love that they did whole hog for the finale and made them cook on identical smokers
