I'm new to the forum, and new to BBQ
I just got a Smokey Joe Gold and found this forum while googling for tips and recipes.. I can't wait to learn from everyone here!! I looooove food that is seared and grilled, and hoping to make a good steak one day (I cannot for the life of me make a decent steak on the stovetop). I know almost nothing about bbq right now and am all thumbs!
Please be patient with me if I post ignorant questions hehe but I'll make sure to scour the forums before I post to avoid redundant threads!
