That loaf looks might fine and really wanting to try grilled squash! How does the bacon on the meatloaf taste? Never tried that.

As far as the bacon taste, it didn't over power the meatloaf at all. I just added it to keep some moisture in, in case I needed to. No doubt it would have been fine without it, but it sure did make it more photogenic.
 
That looks fabulous!!! Nicely done. I've been working out my own recipe for smoking meatloaf. So much better than in the oven.

For those that can't eat gluten, I substitute potato flakes for the breadcrumbs.
