There have been a few cooks lately featuring Barbecue meatloaf, and I promised I would try my hand at it, so here it is.
First is just a basic meatloaf mixture consisting of 2 lbs of ground chuck, seasoned salt, horseradish, salsa, ketchup, eggs, seasoned bread crumbs, onions and topped off with a few strips of bacon.
On to the grill until almost done, topped with chili sauce for the last 10 minutes.
Off and resting, then put the zucchini and yellow squash on . I like a little char on mine.
The twice-baked potatoes from last night made a second appearance in this meal. Dinner was done, delicious and I didn't have to turn the oven on, which all made the wife very happy!

Not a fan of Bacon on Meatloaf, but i have been wanting to try a mostly Ketchup based sauce on smoked meatloaf. Ive done breakfast sausage fatties with great results. I would most likely smoke first to get a nice color, then glaze with Ketchup.



And yes, i know bacon makes everything taste great, but a good meatloaf doesn't need bacon to over power its flavor. At least that's my 0.2 I guess you are not a fan of meatloaf, bacon helps.
 
I don't even consider the oven for meatloaf. The Kosmos recipe that was recently posted, is my current favorite. However, like the ever wise Smitty, I also use Ketchup and A1 in the glaze.

Smoked is the only way to go, and grilled squash and zucchini with a little char is my favorite also. Man, I would be all over that!!!
 
Looks like you nailed it Ron. It's a crowd pleaser here. You did the zuchinni my favorite way (use evoo and garlic salt) and perfect char. My special sauce is ketchup wix brown sugar.
