Here in England we do not have any BBQ competitions Through my site I intend to set up the UK's first comp. do you guys have any hints or tips on starting a competition???

Check out the KCBS sanctioning packet. While a lot of the info is KCBS specific, it has great info on putting together a contest, how to promote a contest and how to run a contest.

We use to have a guy (Norm) in Greece. Really gave a Mediteranean (sp) flare to the place with his recipes.
