A few Satay's from the Egg.

The lite colored ones are plain with seasoning and the others are marinaded in Teriyaki.

I think you should get extra points for self control. My topper bacon rarely makes it to the table.
Oh it did not all make it off of the cutting board... Jack, Ian and I all were eating chunks and slices of both bacon and the meatloaf off of the cutting board. Now granted, we did a few shots of before hand, and had some beers, but eh, the grub was delicious!

When is the deadline? I've got a beef tenderloin going on soon for Mother's Day dinner I could enter.

EDIT: Never mind. I actually read.

Threw these on the UDS last night to take to my MIL this afternoon. They love ribs and I love cooking them. Happy Mothers day to all out there!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mothers Day. First get a pile of lemon-pepper brined and seasoned leg quarters and thighs.

Also had a 6# pork tenderloin rubbed with some stuff I threw together.

Finished plate with garlic mashed potatoes, grilled lemon-buttered grilled asparagus, and honey-brown sugar glazed baby carrots. Was mighty good.
