The voting will begin Monday 8/23 after I submit the "Vote" thread and will run through Friday 8/27. All votes will be public.

Don't forget, you can still enter the Cheese Throwdown until Sunday night 8/15 by midnight Central time.

Our next category will be decided by the winner of the Po-Boy Throwdown!

I'm a simple man, meat and potatoes are enough.

Bacon wrapped tators, thick cut sirloins for mom and dad and a small KC Strip for Mea.

A little Bovine Bold and EVOO, simple!!
