BBQ Brethren "New Years Traditions" Throwdown

Wow, I had no idea we had such multicultural tastes for New Year's Eve treats. Peking duck, tandoori chicken, etc are not what I think of usually, but boy they look good! What a great way to start the year.

And don't forget those steaks: they came all the way from New York apparently! :thumb:

I made tri-tip and grilled shrimp for me and my guests NYE. I think the shrimp were the star of the night, so I'll enter them here. They were marinated in a mix of EVOO, garlic, cilantro, lemon juice, sriracha, cayenne, oregano, salt and pepper. They turned out great! Sorry, no plated pic, the battery died on the phone. I entered a tri-tip pic in the newbie throwdown, lets see if this one fares any better....:pray::p
