Ok, perhaps two burritos. Beef cheek wrapped in a soft pillowy tortilla and hit with Slap Ya Momma Green. It's in the thread title, basic..leftover beans to the side.

That looks delicious. I'd really like to try beef cheeks one of these days if I could find them. I would have to secretly get them trimmed up before the wife saw since she wouldn't like seeing them pretrimmed.

Seriously cook them per ChudsBBQ video. Package to Seasoning to Smoke. Do it when she's gone and simply freeze the picked meat. If it's still too moist do a chuck roast at same time and blend

I’ve never cooked beef cheeks. I keep meaning to change that. Yours looks great.
