hey guys.. So I have read about "no flip" burgers on the Grilla Grillz facebook group.. Wanted to give them a try.... Truthfully I did flip them once....
Set the cooker to 250.. threw on corn on the cobb, 1/3rd pound burgers, and bacon.. I was curious to know if the bacon would cook faster than the burgers.. But they both got done about the same time.. No clue how long they cooked.. just cooked til burgers were at 155.
Startin to get done.. Gettin ready to add the cheese to the burgers.. Provolone to be exact!
Burgers had a killer dark red smoke ring.. and slightly pink in the middle! They were pretty awesome this way!
