Are there plans for this design out there some where, each time I search for them. The sites claim they are there but , there not. I'm guessing there are all metal parts in these refrigerator latches? I have something close, but there are some type of plastic rollers in the mechanism. Im sure that won't last very long

How does your air flow into the cooking chamber, I'm sitting on some plans where the airflow goes up the three interior walls and enters the chamber at the top. Not sure if I just missed it in your build or if you did something different.

Did you add a heat diverter or is your water pan exposed to the fire??

There is a slide in heat diverter below the water pan. I haven't tried it yet but I should be able to take it and the water pan out for faster heat up. I think that my biggest issue with heat up is that I added a diverter to the side of the firebox to spread airflow more eavenly but I think it is causing cold air to draft into the cook chamber and cool it off. good thing I only tacked it in so I can easily remove it.

Only the side walls have the false wall I saved quite a bit of material by getting rid of the rear wall.
