Babyback on the WSM

Did a little rib cook over the weekend on my WSM that turned out really well. Used a little hickory and cherry for smoke wood, pit was in the 240 ballpark for the duration of the cook. :thumb:

Thoey1963 - I hear ya about the sauce. It was a practice rub for a local rib competition next weekend so I finished them with sauce. I prefer a dry rib or a light basting of a vinegar sauce. I will say thought, the EATS IPO is a pretty tasty sauce.
