I discovered over the weekend that a local BBQ shop is now stocking the B&B charcoal and briquettes. Surprised to see this available in Belgium. I ordered some of the briquettes to try and after reading the blurb on the site I´m confused. It sounds to me like they are suggesting their oak briquettes give of sufficient smoke taste for competition use. Is this correct? Any thoughts on this? I´m used to Weber briquettes.
