Chicken has been the biggest hit or miss in every contest.
At least when you cook a butt it's pretty much going to be the same way next time.
Chicken varies by the day I think.

So if I do good some how in chicken next year here is my recipe

chicken thighes squared off
mccormicks chicken rub
sweet baby rays sauce

grill chicken skin side down basting the bottom with sauce, filpp and do the same to top until it looks like its done!:icon_pissed

I have been cured. (or so I have been told) You need to become one with your feathered friend. Positive vibes and a 4 hour procedure, THATS how you cook chicken! (just be careful you dont get it done at 11 like I did at Dover) Also, it helps you in the karma department if you volunteer to trim other teams chicken late on Friday night, just be careful you dont loose a finger.:-D
