Arizona BBQ Outfitters, Scottsdale cooker

Was looking for a new BBQ rig and stumbled across the Scottsdale Cooker.

Does anyone have any experience with it? How would it be for smoking?

I already have a Mak 2 star so I was looking for a stick burner to clean up all the pecan and oak limbs that I have on the farm.


Any other Argentina style grills that I should look at?

I have their Tuscan style Argentine / Santa Maria from AZ BBQ Outfitters. It is a well made unit and has served me well so far.

I like the dual purpose concept of the Scottsdale Cooker.
