Those were beautiful pieces of beef, I'm not surprised they made such a beautiful kebab turned bruschetta. Smoked spinach dip, eh, I think I'll try that. With the seasoning added I think the avocado would be great. I saw someone deep fry avocado on a TV cooking competition and they said it was great. Bet grilled/smoked is better! :thumb:
