Hi all, did some ribs last weekend using one of the recipes from APL. What a blast this was doing something very different from my usual way of doing ribs. Family loved the way they came out. And by the way 10 degrees outside, no problem with WSM and a bbqguru.
Nice! Once in a while I like to get into an APL recipe. It's a more involved way of cooking than I usually do, but the results range from very good to fantastic. Your ribs look great!
The recipe is from his "Serious Barbecue". Some of the recipes are pretty intense but if the results are as good as these ribs were, I can't wait to try more. Thanks all for looking and for the kind words.
