Anyone ever been to the Best of the Midwest comp in Union Grove, WI?

I've had a tough schedule this summer so haven't been able to do a comp yet this year. Had everything lined up to do a comp in Libertyville, IL on 10/14-15 but grandma coming to town so that got nixed.

Found another comp 10/21-22 in Union Grove, WI just wondering if anyone has ever been there before. It's likely the last real chance I have to compete in 2016.

We were going to cook it, but we're done for the year. We haven't been there but I've talked to several teams who were and they all said it was a great competition.

This is the 2nd year, they did a good job last year with over 40 teams. We'll be there as well.

It was well managed and you can't beat your own camping spot with water and electric!

We were there last year. Nice comp, cooker friendly. Haven't decided if I'm attending this year, probably will take that weekend off before the Royal.

Roll The Bones BBQ was as there last year and will be back this year. I like that the cook occurs in cooler weather. It was a great time last year.
