Hi All,
I am new to this forum, and fairly new to the low and slow world.
I recently purchased my first smoker, a BWS 3400, and I would like to get it up off the ground. It is currently on casters, and I would like to be able to move it in and out of my garage. I am considering building something to solve this vs purchasing a stainless steel cart. I would move the casters to the new cabinet and add some stainless steel to top it off.
My question is - has anyone else done something like this? I have seen some really nice pictures of some of ya'lls permanent installations, but for now, I need something mobile.
