Looks great! We had cheesebugers last night too. I grilled some Texas 10-15's and sauted some shrooms. Topped em with swiss. Good eats.
 
Good looking burger you got there. I've been doing a couple of things with my cheesebugers lately. 1- been putting a slice of garlic herb butter in the middle of the meat and 2- been putting a slice of grilled pancetta between the meat and the cheese. Makes for a really nice flavor.
 
Good idea and nice presentation. It's only 10:30 AM and I am going to the freezer to pull out some ground chuck cuz it cheeseburgers tonight.
The family loves em. Maybe some bacon on top? No wait maybe some blue cheese and fresh cracked pepper? I'll go get the meat and decide later.
