So like some other people on this forum I can't stop buying and trying out smokers. I got the grilla grills silverback AT and I'm currently doing the burn in. First impression is the build quality is really nice. I've had an older traeger, a gmg Daniel Boone in 2016, and now this as far as pellet smokers go. Out of the three the quality seems to go to grilla grills. Can't wait to see how it smokes.

Really nice Saw Dust burner. I've been eyeballin that exact model, give us a play by play once you get er off the launch pad. :icon_cool

Thank you everyone for the kind words. It is a 20lb hopper and I'm trying the weber grillmaster blend. I downloaded the app and must say it is the easiest one I have ever used on a wifi smoker to connect and set up by far. It took very little time for it to get up to 400 last night. Not 100% on the outside temp. I do live in New Mexico so it wasn't cold outside by any means. Tonight I will try some smoked wings.

If you don’t mind, please show us some pics of the wings being cooked. I really like the looks of these grills.

Welocme to the forum.

It was literally a coin flip between this and the Rec Tec or me.
Sorry about the hijack, OP.

I still love the looks of this machine and wondering the same about performance.

How do the pellets stay in the hopper when you turn it on its side like that?

I’m impressed it stayed in the truck!

So I’m seeing that what they say about bicycles- The formula for the correct number of bikes to own is n+1, with n being the number you currently own - also holds true for cookers.

My apologies I only snapped a couple pictures. I did have to adjust the feed rate to achieve a 200deg temperature but it is also in the 90s right where I live. Other than that great first cook. Wings tasted great with a combo of holy Voodoo from meat church and the bbq rub from killer hogs.

It was also between this and the rec tec for me. The AT cart was a big selling point for me that pushed me to the grilla grills. So far I would recommend this smoker 100%.
