Wrapped in foiled pans at 6.5 hours... These were right before the wrap.

Going to run these bad boys up to about 202 then pull the foil and let the crust dry and form back up....

I was thinking the same. But if you notice the distance to my neighbor's house, it bitchiness clear how small the yard is. . No way to get a trailer into the yard. And I like cooking in the deck as well. Good pit for my needs for sure.
