Am I about to be another crazy BBQ Restaurant owner?

We have our own section in the forum. Yes, I run Saddles BBQ Bistro in Madrid, IA.
Where is it on this site? I'm sure brethren would rather stop by your place or any Brethren's place when on a trip than some chain.
 
Best of luck. What is your "specialty" that everyone will be talking about?

I guess the patrons will tell me what my "specialty" is that they will talk about. I believe it will be my brisket and housemade sausage. I do more of a central Texas style brisket so it will be different from what that area has right now and no one is making their own sausage.
 
Best of luck man, opening any restaurant is a tough road, BBQ in Texas, that has got to be the steepest road. You Texans, not opinionated about BBQ, nooooo....
