I've been Q'ing for a long time and it's probably the only thing I've yet to do. Gives me an excuse. I'll start googling ideas for recipes. Otherwise a pork shoulder is always great.

Those look nice. I'm starting to give serious thought on just nothing the top of the pot. Will have to see. Beauty of being a stainless pot I can just decide when I make up my mind. My UDS I would have to wait when I built it to make my decision due to painting it all before assembly. Maybe not needed but was my preferred method.

I really like those. I will have to put them into my UDS build. Wonder if they would also work on my offset?
