I think Stainless steel and BBQ/Smoking do not mix. Way too much work to keep stainless clean. I guess I just like the dirty black look.

Well, you use to post a little more often on Yahoo, and now you and I have had a mail or two.

Not calling you out, but I, and the others, really do like seeing some of the older members post (not age, but when we came here.)

So I am taking a moment out of this post to say, "Welcome Back Harry"
 
What I really like about these units are the cooking grate supports. Top and bottom rails for each grate provide stability that I'm still trying to duplicate on my Bandera.
