Any of you guys like crackling? Growing up, that was always my favorite part of the hog.

I would do a small pig (<100#'s) every year for a "luau" we had when I lived in Miami. I was always a big crackl'n fan and was always surprised that it was girls that would stand around the pig and pull-off the crispy skin, without any thought to what they were putting in their mouth. My favorite cut of meat from a whole-hog would have to be the loin.
